Water mist is based on regulated flow technology in a low pressure vessel containing water and nitrogen. In an event a automatic or manual activation a differential valve releases pressurized water in a pulse manner creating microscopic droplets, drastically increasing the surface area of the water. Water mist is rated to extinguish class A, B, C and F fires with not only cooling the area but creating oxygen displacement. These water mist systems use much less water than a traditional sprinkler system. (50-70% Less)

When the system is activated, either electrically or manually, the valve on the pressurized tank opens, and the dry powder is released into a piping system and out the nozzles of the fire suppression system. The extinguishing powders used in powder extinguishing systems are highly efficient, quick-acting extinguishants. The sudden extinguishing effect of the powder cloud is caused by the suffocation effect and the anticatalytic effect, a chemical intervention into the combustion process. Extinguishing powders mainly consist of non-poisonous inorganic salts mixed with waterproofing and pouring agents.

Aerosol fire suppression works by interrupting the process of combustion at the molecular level. It creates a drenching effect comparable to other systems but without the use of liquids or foam, and without increasing pressure in the protected zone.
Condensed Aerosol Systems use a compound of potassium salts and other non-combustible materials. It is non-pressurised. When activated it creates a rapidly expanding and highly condensed aerosol which is distributed in the target area.
